How much is the deposit??
All of our deposits are equal to the monthly rental payment.
How does lease to own work?
Generally, you will sign a 3-year lease agreement and pay the deposit. Once you have completed the lease, you will receive 3 optional extensions after which an option to purchase is available.
Is there a pet deposit?
Yes, there is a $30 per month pet rent along with a $300 Refundable pet deposit per pet.

Can I just rent and not purchase?
Yes, you are welcome to rent without purchasing. We offer a *1 year lease minimum. For leases shorter than 3 years, the deposit and rent will be slightly higher.
